1) Can I use the same embroidery logo for my polo’s and caps/ visors?
a. Yes you can use the same logo

 
2) What size can I embroider my logo? – there will be some images for these descriptions.

a. Visor is 1”H X 4”W 
b. Caps 2”H x 4.5”W
c. Sides - .75-1” x 1.5-2.5”, these can be used for sleeve logo’s (secondary locations)
d. Polos –
i. Rectangular – 4”W x 1.5”H 
ii. Square – 2.5” x 2.5”
e. Text – minimum should be at .25” 
f. Jacket back – rectangular – 9” x 14” – Square – 10” x 10”

 
3) How many colors can I embroider?

a. Kluch Clothing Co currently runs a 15 needle machine. This allows us to use more colors for shading, borders, drop shadows and fades. In addition, it allows us to utilize multiple stitch patterns for various logo types. Generally the amount of colors isn’t the driving factor when it comes to price, it’s the number of stitches. (reiterate the style, quantity, etc from screen printing section)
