FAQ’sWhat is the cost for printing a tee shirt?
- There are various factors when pricing a tee shirt. Here are the factors to consider in terms of cost.
- Style, color and quality of your blank garment
- The number of print colors and locations being printed.
- Total amount of garments being printed.
Q) What’s the minimum order required for screen printing?
a. The minimum is based on the amount of colors/ locations we’re printing. For basic spot color printing the minimum is 12 pieces per color/ location.
***Dark colored shirts require a white underlay in addition to the print color(s) so the shirt color doesn’t show through the print.
Q) What’s the maximum # of colors I can print?
a. We have the ability to print as much as 14 colors for a large imprint location (7” or larger). Normally designs which are at or near this amount of colors we would print as a simulated process print.
Smaller imprint areas such as the left chest, pocket and sleeve, we’re limited to 4 colors. The color registration in this small space becomes nearly impossible with too many print colors.
Q) How big can I print my logo?
a. The imprint size is limited to the area or location we’re printing as well as our pallet size.
- Max imprint – 16” x 14” is generally a good size full back print.
-Pocket & Short Sleeve imprint – 3.25”W
